1/ A little story on: Self-growth & Boundaries

“Embrace self-care through mindfulness exercises to set healthy boundaries”

  • Enhance self awareness and find balance between request & response.

Begin by identifying your priorities and personal boundaries. Recognize that saying no to others is an affirmation of your own needs and well-being.

-Reflect on situations where you feel overwhelmed or stretched thin, and consider whether your responses align with your genuine priorities.

This exercise empowers you to assertively communicate your limits and make decisions that honor your self-care.

Remember, saying no to external demands is a powerful step toward saying yes to your own fulfillment and inner harmony.

Embracing self-growth begins with the empowering art of saying no to external demands, allowing us to forge a deeper connection with our true desires. In choosing ourselves, we unfold the path to personal evolution and authentic fulfillment

Saying yes to everything and everyone it means saying no to ourselves. I’ve constantly respond fast to others demands , without taking the time to think about what I want or choose to do. Is it in that pause, that sweet desperate time between request and respond ,that my desires live and beat.

Saying yes to everything is a way of procrastinating our desires by distracting ourselves with others priorities. And why? Because we might don’t know what is exactly what we are looking for , it may feel uncertain and scary or we might not even feel worthy of following our dreams. The problem is the more time we spent giving yes to external pressure the less likely is that we connect to what we want to pursue.

At the end of the day those feelings of frustration, disappointment or dissatisfaction are not due to our bosses request to stay extra hours, are not due to our friends for requiring our presence too many times, are indeed the result of not knowing how to say YES TO OURSELVES! Setting boundaries & saying NO when we don’t want to or we can’t is actually an act of self-growth & love.
