My Journey

In recent years, I have faced the profound loss of several family members and loved ones. These waves of grief have significantly influenced my perspective and approach to life and healing. Navigating this journey demands immense strength, resilience, and a willingness to explore various healing modalities. I have embraced numerous techniques to process my grief and transform my relationship with loss, turning these challenges into pathways for personal growth and evolution.

With a background in psychology and neuroscience and years of experience as a Children's Behavioral Therapist, I have shifted my focus to support adults in their journeys of self-discovery and healing. My goal is simple yet profound: to help individuals know themselves deeply and empower them to live the life they desire.

Combining my knowledge in psychology and neuroscience with my experience in yoga, breathwork, and meditation, I offer a holistic approach to therapy that integrates the mind, body, and spirit. My methods help individuals focus, reflect, transmute, and discover a more meaningful, gentle, and aligned life.

I provide a safe and supportive space where clients can analyze, observe, and reflect on their experiences. Through a somatic integrative parts approach, we explore the wisdom of the body, recognizing and addressing the different "parts" of ourselves—emotional, physical, and cognitive—that may hold unresolved tension or unmet needs. This process helps clients navigate challenging moments with greater ease, understanding, and compassion, fostering deeper connection and inner harmony.
